Guests of Shotski's Alpine Lodge Bar will experience a cozy winter retreat, right in Downtown SF, brought to you by the Future Bars Group. Friends will gather and enjoy evenings that capture the essence of a ski getaway, minus the cold.
Shotski's will offer a vibrant indoor/outdoor atmosphere featuring warming cocktails, icy shots, amusements, energetic DJs, and live bands—all while showing sports on TV. It will be the perfect place to celebrate the day’s adventures and embrace the ambiance of the mountains.
If you like being part of a small team, are detail-oriented and are interested in craft cocktails and DJs, the Bartender position at Shotski’s may be right for you. We are looking for persons who have experience in the restaurant, bar, or hotel industries or those looking to and are eager to learn. Typical hours are Wednesday thru Saturday, between 3:30 pm and 2:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
• Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
• Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
• Keep work relationships professional and courteous

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
• Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles
• Classic cocktail knowledge is a must
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Flexible evening availability
• Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers
• Able to stand 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift 40bs. without assistance

• Hourly rate SF minimum + tips
