Kitchen Prep/Driver
The Future Bars Group is looking for a driver who will also do kitchen prep work for our commissary food production facility. We produce syrups, tinctures, bitters, garnishes, and juices centrally and distribute out to our bars. This a driving and line production/prep position, you must possess a valid California driver’s license. You will be primarily responsible for driving deliveries, preparing syrups and juices, cutting produce, cleaning, and loading deliveries under the direction of our kitchen managers. Standard shifts are from 7 AM - 3 PM Monday through Saturday.
Duties
- Cut produce, prepare juices, cut ice, prepare syrups, tinctures, and bitters
- Carry final products up to delivery van and load van
- Clean kitchen area, clean bottles
- Cut ice
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1+ year of food prep experience is highly desired, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- A valid California driver’s license
